TEMPORARY KINGS

from EXTRA TERRESTRIAL BROTHER by MARTIAN LUTHER

/

about

I wrote this song when I was 17. I was thinking about my older brother who has always been such a source to my approach to life. Through him I was able to learn what to do and what to do my best to avoid. I loved Stevie Wonder. He loved Parliament. After he passed I invited Steve Wyreman on guitar and Paisley Hinton on rhodes, to come help me exorcise this feeling so I could exhale. Enjoy.

lyrics

My heart goes out to temporary kings
Floating on a high that seemed so fly that you could BLOW away....

"yeah, cocaine is a hell of a drug"... rick james
